Working With ESS

From your first technical enquiry to a clearly agreed stretch-film supply order.

Discuss your requirements
01

1. Share your requirements

Tell us your company, country, product type, application and estimated quantity. Existing film specifications, machine type, roll dimensions or wrapping conditions help our team assess which options to discuss. You can enquire even if you need help choosing a product.

02

2. Review the specification

We review the relevant catalogue range with the manufacturer. Final dimensions, thickness, colour, net film weight, core weight, gross roll weight and packaging configuration must be stated in the agreed technical specification. Catalogue information is a starting point, not a guaranteed production commitment.

03

3. Discuss samples and testing

You can request samples for a representative product evaluation. Availability, sample quantity, freight charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually. Test the product with your loads or machinery before making performance or consumption comparisons.

04

4. Understand order quantities

Minimum order quantity (MOQ), mixed pallets, product combinations, custom dimensions and private-label packaging depend on the requested configuration and factory approval. There is no universal MOQ or private-label commitment published on this website. Include your expected order size and repeat-order forecast in your enquiry.

05

5. Confirm your quotation

An individual quotation should confirm product specification, quantity, unit basis, packaging, price, currency, payment terms, Incoterms where relevant, dispatch expectations and quote validity. None of these commercial terms is fixed by the website.

06

6. Plan delivery and import

Share the delivery destination and preferred transport arrangements. Responsibility for transport, insurance, customs documentation and import charges depends on the agreed delivery terms. Your importer or customs broker should confirm destination-specific requirements. Delivery schedules are agreed before ordering.

07

7. Build repeat supply

For repeat orders, discuss reorder frequency, volume forecast and packaging preferences with our export team. Production availability, reserved capacity and any distribution arrangements require separate written confirmation; no territory exclusivity is offered through an enquiry.

08

Documents you can request

Ask sales@essplastic.com for the latest available product data sheets, packing information and supporting quality certificate files. Documents are supplied when verified and available; certification scope, current validity and application-specific compliance must be checked before use.
