A portfolio for different customers
Five stretch-film families cover manual wrapping, machine wrapping, pre-stretched-film evaluation, narrow-width bundling and jumbo-bobbin enquiries. Build a requirement list around the applications your customers actually use.
Evaluate a second supply source
You can assess ESS alongside your existing supplier. Begin with a specification discussion, evaluate suitable samples and agree a trial order. A trial lets your team assess product fit before a larger supply commitment.
Dimensions, colours and packaging
Review the catalogue dimensions and colour options. Tell us about custom requirements, core sizes, carton quantities and pallet configuration. Private-label packaging and mixed loads are factory-review questions, not automatic commitments.
Your first order, step by step
Share the product, quantity and destination; confirm the technical specification; discuss samples; review the quotation and delivery responsibilities; agree payment and order details. Production and dispatch dates are confirmed as part of that agreement.
Repeat supply planning
When you are ready to discuss repeat orders, share an indicative forecast and reorder frequency. Available capacity, lead times and packing requirements must be agreed with the factory. No reserved capacity or exclusive territory is assumed.
Frequently asked questions
Find answers below about samples, order quantities, branding, mixed loads and delivery. The aim is to make a first enquiry straightforward; any final supply terms are stated in the quotation.
Can I request samples?
Select Samples in the enquiry form. Availability, quantity and shipping conditions are confirmed before dispatch.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on product, dimensions, packing and production availability. Share your expected quantity for factory review.
Can I combine different products in one shipment?
Tell us which products and quantities you need. Mixed-load feasibility and packing conditions require confirmation.
Can I order custom dimensions or my own label?
These are reviewed with the factory. No custom-branding commitment or minimum run is assumed before quotation.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
They are agreed for the specific order, including delivery responsibilities, production lead time and transport arrangements.
Does working with ESS give me an exclusive territory?
No exclusive territory or formal distributor status is granted through a website enquiry. Any such arrangement would require a separate agreement.
